1.Fill out a request for the type of assistance requested with a detailed explanation of the status of the case.
2.A copy of the (valid) ID card of the applicant and family members, and the birth certificate of the children who are supported by the applicant.
3.A detailed salary certificate showing the total salary and deductions from work for the applicant and the wife, if she is working
4. In the event of not working, a certificate of proof of benefit from social security for the applicant and the wife must be brought or not
5.A recent bank statement, which must be no less than six months old, for all bank accounts in the name of the applicant and the wife
6.A certificate of indebtedness from the bank and any other creditor parties, except for personal debts
7.A report from the Qatar Credit Information Center for the applicant and the wife in Arabic
8.A certificate of non-employment from the Civil Service Commission + the Ministry of Interior + the Ministry of Defense (Armed Forces) in the event that the applicant, the wife, and all children over the age of 18 are not working and are not studying.
9.Proof of children’s education (schools + universities)
10.In the case of rented housing, bring a valid rental contract authenticated by the municipality + a copy of the national address information for Metrash
11.In the event of requesting assistance with rent arrears, an arrears letter must be brought from the property owner (individual or company) and a decision from the Rental Disputes Settlement Committee or a court ruling, if any, must be attached.
12.A certificate from the Real Estate Registry, the Commercial Registry, and from the Animal Wealth Department of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment for the applicant and the wife
13.In the event that the construction of the house is not completed, bring a certificate of proof to this effect from the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning
14.If the applicant or wife has a company, he must bring the company’s commercial records + a report from the Qatar Credit Information Center for the company + a bank statement for the company + a certificate from the Traffic Department for vehicles registered in the company’s name.
15.Proof of not benefiting from Social Security in the event that the applicant and his wife are not working.
16.In the event that the head of the family is imprisoned, bring evidence of this.
17.In the event of cases, a list of recent reports circulated by the Public Prosecution must be brought
18.Medical cases, a recent medical report translated into Arabic.
19. Withdrawal of nationality: Proof of proof of withdrawal of nationality.

6-A detailed salary certificate showing the total salary and deductions from work for the applicant, if she works, and the children who work and are not married and live with her.
7-A recent bank statement, which must be no less than six months old, for all bank accounts
8-A certificate of indebtedness from the bank stating the value of the monthly installment and any other creditors, except for the personal debts of the applicant and the children who work and are not married and live with her.

10-Proof of children’s studies (schools + universities) and lack of work for all children over (18) years old who are not studying from the Ministry of Labor + Ministry of Interior + Ministry of Defense (Armed Forces)

5.A recent bank statement, which must be no less than six months old, for all bank accounts in the name of the applicant and the wife.
6.A certificate of indebtedness from the bank and any other creditor parties, except for personal debts
7.A report from the Qatar Credit Information Center for the applicant and his wife
8.End of service certificate for those whose services were terminated, including the value of the bonus, if any, and its date
9.In case of not working, you must bring a non-work certificate from the sponsor (original) + establishment registration card
10.A non-work certificate from the Ministry of Labor for the wife and children over the age of 18 who are not studying
11.Proof of children’s education (schools + universities)
12.For requests for assistance in paying transportation and books fees for government schools, you must pay first and then attach the payment receipt after payment.
13. For requests for assistance in paying private school fees (from the first grade and above), you must bring a detailed letter detailing the required tuition fees, with a recent date, signed and stamped, and an end-of-year certificate for the last academic year (the institution does not receive requests for assistance with transportation fees and school uniforms for private schools).
14.In the event that there are children studying abroad, proof of enrollment in the study must be provided and receipts for the amounts transferred to them must be brought
