On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and based on its continued efforts to support various societal groups in need, The Jassim and Hamad bin Jassim Charitable Foundation took the initiative, By distributing food baskets to more than 800 Doha Municipality workers, a work team from the Corporation, in cooperation with a number of municipal employees, distributed these baskets in more than one location within the city of Doha.

This initiative comes within the framework of the Foundation’s keenness to formulate effective charitable and humanitarian initiatives by building effective partnerships with various national bodies and companies with the aim of achieving social welfare.

Cooperation with Doha Municipality, which comes for the second year in a row, Which reflects the Foundation’s keenness to build a system of effective partnerships with various local community institutions, which in essence seeks to establish the principle of social solidarity. Which would achieve a serious contribution to achieving sustainable community development.

The Foundation’s work team, in cooperation with Doha Municipality employees, distributed food baskets in many areas of Doha to workers. These baskets provide many foodstuffs that are among the main components of Ramadan tables, especially dates.
