Hamad Bin Khalifa University signed, Member of Qatar Foundation, A four-year cooperation agreement with the Jassim and Hamad bin Jassim Charitable Foundation stipulates that the university will receive a financial grant worth 10 million Qatari riyals allocated to the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Support Fund program.

This agreement contributes to creating a framework for cooperation between the two institutions to achieve their common goals, especially in the areas of social and human development. He signed the agreement yesterday, Mr. Saeed Mudhakir Al-Hajri, Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Jassim and Hamad bin Jassim Charitable Foundation; And Dr. Ahmed Mujahid Omar Hasna, President of Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

The financial grant allocated to support the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Fund is one of the means of cooperation under the agreement. Which also stipulates the formation of a joint committee of representatives of both parties to establish controls and mechanisms for implementing the agreement and facilitating coordination between the two parties, in addition to supervising the exploration of more cooperation opportunities in the future.

Hamad Bin Khalifa University established this fund in 2021 to support its vision and goals, Which is strongly in line with the efforts made by the State of Qatar to achieve economic, social and sustainable development. The university’s academic and research programs address areas of national priority and focus on finding solutions to social, ethical and economic challenges.
